The key parameter when you decide where to buy hot-dog sausages wholesale is heat stability. A sausage for a high-traffic gas station, food truck or kiosk must hold its shape for hours in a roller grill and on the griddle without bursting, drying out or losing juiciness even at the end of a shift.
